Redesign was introduced to this client through one of her family members who we had worked for in the past. The property was a spacious semi-detached house in Leeds, which had been poorly and sometimes dangerously updated in the past by its previous owners. The client was looking for limited design ideas, just simply excellent renovation skills.

We spent nearly 3 months with a large team renovating the entire property

This included

- Replacing the entire plumbing and electrical system.

- Knocking two rooms together to create a large kitchen / diner

- Building a new bathroom to the first floor

- Renovating and old Slingsby loft ladder

- Building a new cloakroom and utility room

- Renovating the old oak staircase

- Building a new kitchen

- Installing new oak french doors.

- Installing an engineered oak floor through the ground floor.
