Full apartment redesign and build, Bradford

One of the most complex redesign projects that we have completed recently and has just been handed back to the client. After a long and complex legal dispute, this apartment was to be completely rebuilt by the buildings insurers, addressing many construction issues. Redesign was asked to completely redesign the apartment addressing many issues in regards to the ineffective space planning that was employed by the original architects.

One of the main problems was the really poorly designed ground floor where the bedrooms and entrance way to the property were located. The original design provided one bathroom for the two bedrooms.

We spent much time reviewing numerous possible ground floor layouts, and by turning the stairs through 180 deg we managed to build the new bedrooms with an ensuite each and build numerous cupboards and storage ideas into the ground floor.
